General Office Assistant

At Filterfresh, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products, offering a variety of coffees, teas and other items to support a customers' needs.  Our portfolio of quality beverage products includes over 100 different coffee offerings that are sourced from all over the world.

 

Our Company has enjoyed terrific growth, due in part to the increased popularity and consumption of premium coffees and teas.  As a result of this growth, we are expanding our customer base rapidly within the markets we serve throughout the Carolinas.

 

We are currently seeking a self motivated, detail oriented, organized and enthusiastic individual to help support our growth.

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  Review and process all delivery slips, generate and mail invoices. Maintain customer pricing, as needed. Support Management and other team members on the fulfillment of product and supply orders from our current vendors. Handle customer inquiries and needs. Maintain customer order systems via fax, phone, email. Work closely with Management on special projects including vendor or customer relations.

 

 

Prior Experience, Qualifications & Required Skills:

  Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and an Accounting Software. High School Diploma is required. Data entry experience is a plus. Prior experience working at a distribution or service company a plus. Stable employment history and the ability to demonstrate your commitment to teamwork. Must have demonstrated ability to learn multiple pricing platforms and product lines. Must want to come to work everyday...and enjoy the beverage industry.
