We represent a company which  is a full line distributor of hospitality industry products serving the entire State of Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. Founded in 1966 by their vision has grown into the 21st century. Originally founded as a Paper/Janitorial supply distributor serving only Newport County, the company’s offerings now include a full line of Frozen Foods, Dairy Items, Dry Groceries, Chemical Supplies, Restaurant Equipment(smallwares), as well as the original Paper/Janitorial supply items.  They are family owned and  have been in business for 40 years.

 

Job information and Requirements

· Sell complete product line business to business to the entire state of Rhode Island

· Sell to hotels, motels, institutions, convention centers, etc.

· Requires a minimum of 2+ years sales experience.  Previous foodservice experience helpful but not required

· College degree or equal experience preferred

· Must be a good closer

· Must have good customer service skills

· Computer proficient

· Can live within 50-60 mile radius of Newport, RIBenefits

· Salary is $30-40K plus commission.  Earn up to $45-50K first year

· Health and Life Insurance

· Simple IRA Matching 2-4%

· Paid vacations

· Paid Holidays
