HQ HRIS Administrator General Summary: This position will provide support to the HR function. Major Task Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities: Enter PS Data accurately and timely Enter new hires, terminations, job changes, Salary changes, address changes, Dependent Status changes, leaves etc Provide On-going People Systems Support Demonstrate data “ownership” and lead data integrity efforts Provide support for testing, process changes and HQ HRIS requests Provide continuous improvements in process efficiencies Support People Systems issue and inquiries as needed to resolve HR, Benefits, and Payroll issues Streamline HR process timelines (E Review, People Planning, Mid-Year) Set up and maintain EE files- send appropriate employee data to Payroll Service Center Provide miscellaneous reports for HR Managers and other HQ staff as needed Create standard periodic reports as requested Respond to external requests such as : HR related data for subpoenas, unemployment/separation notification Basic Job Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years administrative experience High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookPreferred Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Previous PeopleSoft experience Previous Business Objects experience Ability to work occasional overtime Results orientated and customer focused Ability to take initiative and work independently Experience in prioritizing work and able to handle multiple tasks Willingness to solve problems in addition to identifying problems Must be a team-player with a “can-do” attitude High standard of confidentiality, accuracy, attention to detail with excellent follow up skills Ability to interface with all levels of management, internally and externally
