HR Director

Club Demonstration Services is the leading demo company that works with COSTCO Wholesale throughout the US. We currently have an opening for a Director of Human Resources. This position with the lead the HR department for Club Demonstration Services and be apart of the executive team.

 

We are seeking a dynamic individual who has extensive HR experience specifically in a company that had a high concentration of part time workers in a retial/food service industry.

 

 

The director will be in charge of managing all functional areas of HR  and be recognized as a subject matter expert in analyzing data and developing HR performance standards, training compliance policies and procedure development employee relations compensation staffing recruiting organization effectiveness facilitating organizational and interpersonal change.

 

 



Requirements


MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

10 plus years HR operational experience with 5 or more years of successful HR Management experience leading a team of HR professionals in all functional areas of HR, focusing on the areas outlined above. Must possess a great attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and a “can-do” attitude. 

BS in HR/Business or work equivalent. Masters degree and/or SPHR preferred.

Be prepared to physically demonstrate your:

1) excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills. You will be asked to provide writing samples of EEOC or litigation responses, and

2)  average to advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and skills.

1)  experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals specifically in employee relations, staffing, and recruiting,

2)  strategic planning and effective leadership of a diverse workforce,

3)  development of HR performance standards and analytical skills,

4)  working knowledge of multi-state and Federal compensation/regulatory requirements including but not limited to EEO/AAP, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, FCRA etc.,

5)  problem/conflict resolution skills and the ability to prepare the resulting documentation, and

6)  efforts in leading organizational change initiatives.
