Head Bread Baker

JoAnna's Marketplace is a family owned and operated Specialty Food Market in South Miami, Florida. We make all of our award winning breads and pastries from scratch at our in store bakery. We are going on our 16th year of business at the same location. We take great pride in artisan breads and pastries, which are regarded as some of the best available in south Florida! We are currently searching for a qualified Head Bread Baker. He or she must be familiar with pre fermented doughs and general baking methodology necessary for making artisan bread. In addition to bread baking you will be baking cookies, and breakfast pastries. We bake approximately 150 to 200 loaves of bread daily. You will be working along side our Bakery Manager and 2 more baker's helpers. We offer a competitive salary, health benefits, as well as a profit sharing program. The job is for 6 days per week.
