And, simply, by being more than your typical human resources consulting practice.    Human Resources Transformation Our Human Capital professionals advise clients on how to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR service delivery model and operation of the HR function, ranging from process design to self-service applications and enabling technologies, and considering insourcing, outsourcing, and offshore solutions.     Consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR Delivery through improved processes and technologies.  Consultants participate on large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for our clients.  Consultants are involved in the implementation of custom operational solutions.  Responsibilities include executing project plans on large, complex engagements from analysis through implementation.  Consultants will have daily client interaction.    Qualifications ·         At least 3 years consulting experience, internal or external.  ·         An overall understanding of HR business process, demonstrated experience in HR process design, HR service delivery strategy design, and the vendor selection process.  ·         Proven skills as an integral team member. ·         Bachelors Degree ·         The ability to travel a minimum of 80%.About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
