The company’s first North American operation is located in Plymouth, Indiana and will start production in the fall of this year.  Zentis Food Solutions North America LLC will produce fruit and diary preparations for a variety of customers including yogurt, ice cream, and bakery manufacturers.

Zentis is looking for a Human Resource Manager.  The ideal candidate will be experienced in ensuring all HR processed such as recruiting, performance management, project work, payroll administration and reporting, insurance and benefits and support of all of the lines of HR issues. This person must be able to work independently with little or no supervision and will report directly to the CEO.  This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and willing to start and establish a new Human Resource Department in our plant.  

 

MUST HAVE:

 

3-5 Years of professional Human Resource experience

Expertise/knowledge in American labour law and Social Security

Good experience in recruiting and knowledge of the labour market

Solid skills in MS office and payroll experience, preferably ADP
