Human Resources Asst Manager

Farmland Foods, Inc., a leader in the food industry is looking for a Human Resources Assistant Manager with experience in manufacturing. Successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline and 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS computer system, FMLA, AAP, FLSB, NLRB,Worker's Compensation, OSHA, and E-Verify program. Masters degree and having HR certification is strongly desired. In addition, candidate must have strong computer, organizational, and interpersonal (written/verbal) skills. This position will perform all aspects of human resources duties to include employee relations, labor dispute resolution, interviews, recruiting/hiring/retention, terminations,and training and development of all employees. Hours will vary and may include some weekends. This position will require working closely with all levels within the organization. Furthermore, the successful candidate mustbe able facilitate new hire orientation, as well as annual training for all employees. Ability to work in a self directed, fast paced, and diverse environment is crucial. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, but not necessary. Salary is commenurate with proven record of accomplishment and experience. In addition, we also offer a great benefit and retirment package.
