GENERAL MANAGER

 

The General Manager is responsible for the overall sales and operating performance of the store.  Under the direction of the Area Manager/Director, the GM attains maximum profitability by maintaining company standards to food quality, guest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, cost controls and by effectively managing and leading a diverse team.  The General Manager embodies the culture and values of Sweet Traditions/Krispy Kreme with a cheerful, enthusiastic and task-oriented approach.  The GM supervises Assistant Managers, Shift Managers and hourly associates in performing assigned tasks to create Magic Moments for our guests.

 

ASSISTANT MANAGER

 

The Assistant Manager’s principal functions are to assist the General Manager to effectively achieve targeted P & L expectations vs. plan, organize, lead, supervise, improve and evaluate the work of the staff on an ongoing basis.  The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining company standards and meeting or exceeding targeted sales and performance related goals during scheduled shifts.

 

SHIFT MANAGER

 

The Shift Manager’s principal functions are to assist the Assistant and General Managers to effectively achieve targeted P&L expectations and to plan, organize, lead, supervise, improve, and evaluate the work of the staff on an ongoing basis. Shift Manager is responsible for maintaining company standards and meeting or exceeding targeted sales and performance-related goals during scheduled shifts. Shift Manager embodies the team-based culture and values of Sweet Traditions/Krispy Kreme with a cheerful, enthusiastic, and task-oriented approach.

 

RETAIL/PROCESSOR SPECIALIST ASSOCIATE

 

Retail / Processing Specialists exceed guest expectations by providing fast, genuinely friendly customer service and by ensuring that doughnuts are fresh, decorated with perfection, meet Krispy Kreme standards and exceed customer expectations with every visit.  They also help maintain standards in production and store cleanliness.  At times, they may assist in actual production. A commitment to teamwork, a clean professional appearance, enthusiasm, and a high energy level are necessary throughout the shift.

 

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

 

Production associates are responsible for preparing all products, including doughnuts, fillings, icings, and brews, as needed for all shifts.  These products must meet the Krispy Kreme standards and exceed guest expectations.  They serve as leaders, maintaining teamwork and a clean, professional appearance, as well as displaying enthusiasm and high energy level throughout the shift.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

· MUST have at least 2 or more years experience for Restaurant General / Asst. / Shift Manager positions with strong knowledge of financial concepts including P&L

 

ABOVE AND ALL OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS

·Strong Communication & Excellent Customer Service Attitude and Skill Set

·Flexibility to be trained in other positions and contribute to the team in any way possible

·Open availability for weekends

·Ability to work in a 24 hour environment

· Desire to grow
