As a CTP you will have the opportunity to develop your skills at the largest private-label manufacturer of grocery products in the United States, Kroger Manufacturing.

 

The Career Training Program (CTP) is designed to give recent college graduates the opportunity to gain a broad perspective of the core business functions that are critical to the manufacture of Kroger private-label brands.

Trainees will be hired into the Company for a fast track management training position over a 12 to 18 month period at one of our 36 facilities.  Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be promoted into a managerial position.   

 

This program will provide you with:

·        Real, Challenging and meaningful assignments within a plant environment

·        Structured written training program both general and career specific

·        Quality progress reviews

·        Training in technical and managerial skills

·        Coaching and career counseling with assignment managers and mentors

·        A strong sense of partnership and teamwork

 

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s Degree

·        Ability to Relocate within the United States

·        Strong Drive to be an Integral Asset for Kroger Manufacturing

·        U.S. Citizen or Legally Authorized to Work in the US
