LEAD LINE COOK - NEW RESTAURANT CONCEPT COMING SOON

RestaurantOpening in June, this exciting new upscale full-service concept will serve Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian, Singaporean, Indonesian and East Indian cuisines.  The food is served Asian family-style to create an environment that brings people together.  RockSugar also features a full-service bar with exotic cocktails, extensive wine list and private dining space. The Lead Line Cook is a staff member who exemplifies the skills and standards of the company, demonstrates superior organizational skills and strictly adheres to all operational systems.  The lead staff member must also demonstrate exceptional communication skills that include both the ability to train and develop new and existing staff members in a New Restaurant Opening environment and ongoing operations.  Lead Line Cooks partner with the Sous Chefs to ensure 100% compliance to recipe adherence, product quality and operational standards and act as a liaison between the staff and management team.For more information about RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen please go to www.RockSugarcareers.com.Must have two years experience as a high volume, fine dining line cook Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi task and be a team player Minimum of one year experience as a trainer including, stand up teaching, on the job training and the ongoing coaching and development of staff members A background in New Restaurant Openings is preferred Requires scheduling flexibility and ability to travel
