Job Duties-

· Supervise Maintenance Team

· Identify Training Needs

· Evaluate Production and Equipment

· Coordinate Outside Training as Needed

 

Qualifications:Experience working in a high-speed food manufacturing and packaging environment.Previous experience working in the food/beverage industry.Union experience a plus.Excellent communication, mentoring and coaching along with teambuilding skills and ability get work well with peers and employees in a union environment.Excellent verbal and written English skills.Project management skills and accurate problem solving skills a must.Must have strong electrical and PLC background.Ability to work various shifts and travel when required. Fluent in English and bilingual in Spanish a plus.3-5 yrs management- or related experience.Bachelors Degree a plus
