This person should have good analytical, technical, electrical & electronic skills. This person also must have excellent people skills! Must be able to supervise and train technicians while demonstrating the ability to work independently.

Position Requirements: Thorough knowledge food processing/manufacturing equipment! Strong Preventive Maintenance program (MP-3)experience, both in installation & upkeep. Self-starter and able to work with supervision of 10+ mechanics on 2nd or 1st Shift! 5+ years experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience PLC's, high speed packaging, electrical/electronic skills & overall maintenance trouble-shooting ability! Strong & independent "hands-on" management style needed.
