This person will ensure all processes and programs are in place and working to effectively ensure asset reliability. Develop long range plans for capital spending including replacements,upgrades,cost saving initiatives, and budget preparation.Ensures the maintenance dept. supports the needs of production,distribution.and sanitation, and keeps all production equipment in proper working condition. This person will oversee 10 to 13 maintenance supervisor. Minimum of 5 years Maintenance management experience(as a maintenance manager),knowledge of PLC's,exp. with environmental processes,and mechanical troubleshooting. Bachelor's Degree in ME,EE, Ch.E or IT, with 10 to 20 years of Foods experience.
