** Georgia Gwinnett College** A New College in Georgia's University system Located in Lawrenceville, Ga. 20 minutes North of Atlanta Ga. 3,000 enrollment in 2008. 5,500 enrollment projected for 2009 with 2,000 planned residents. Current facilities include one in-house retail and new for fall of '08, a foodcourt featuring two national brands. New reisident dining facility planned for fall of '2010. Madatory meal plans for both resident and non-resident. Projected sales: 2008 ($900,00 retail) 2009 ($1.1 Million retail & $2.3 million resident) and million in 2010. This position will develop into retail manager two and three as the volume of the account increases. *Hands on manager to manage all aspects of retail food service. * Potential Sale* * The ieal cadidate will have - - collegeuniversity retail dood service management experience - experience with HAACP controls - experience training and leading a retail food service staff - experience with labor and food management systems - knowledgeable in all aspects of retail food production, right pricing etc. - cash handling experience - experience with inventory controls - good computer skills ~cb~ Position Summary: Maintains food quality and customer service in a cash handling retail food operation that includes branded concepts, in-house formats and signature designs. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/HR functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. May supervise less than two full time employees.
