Manager 3 - Retail

US-CA-Anaheim/Huntington Beach Sodexo at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. Sodexo operates 6 cafes and feeds over 25,000 Disney Cast Members on a daily basis. The operation is open 365 days running three shifts. Our Food Service Retail Operations Manager should have experience managing retail food programs (corporate service experience preferred), Demonstrated success with food cost management, labor cost management, production process, ordering process, inventory process, HACCP program, staff training and prior front line supervisory skills. FOH experience is preferred. Position will require flexibility in work schedule - weekends and holidays are required. The ability to communicate in Spanish would assist in managing the workforce. Position Summary: Maintains food quality and customer service in a cash handling retail food operation that includes branded concepts, in-house formats and signature designs. May assume GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/HR functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Basic Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 2 years of lead/supervisory/management experience Basic Functional Experience Required: 2 years of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations. You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
