To include Speed to Market; Quality, and identifying cost savings opportunitiesDecision Making:1) Decide appropriate level of resources required to support initiatives. 2) Identify commercialization hurdles/opportunities for savings and process simplification that arise within the portfolio of projectsFinancial Responsibility:Lead the successful delivery by the Supply organization, with cross functional Trade Marketing Resources, Specialty Pack program initiatives for National Accounts in support of their meeting Diageo's Destination 2011 targeted double digit growth, of which, currently, they drive annual volume of 4.3M 9L cases and 243M NSVHigh level input into appropriate costs for design, commercialization and resources allocation during the development of the initial project timeline, as well as budget spend across line items.No direct reportsThis individual will be closely linked to the National Accounts Sales/Marketing organization, both the Consumer Strategy & Marketing Organization, and Global Brand Innovation Group..Support estimated 100 specialty pack sku projects over one year across all product categories (i.e. Spirit, Beer, Flavored Malt Beverages, Ready To Drinks) and consumption occasion of Diageo's Total Alcohol Beverage portfolio (i.e. Release, Affiliation, Contentment, Status, Independence or Discernment)Specific knowledge of commercialization process, supplemented by general supply chain knowledge (i.e. regulatory, procurement, technical, supply chain, finance, production, route to market, DWWB)Cover USA1.Requires positive relationships with all functions, to ensure highly effective and efficient cross functional work on Initiatives Responsible for cross-functional Supply execution of new VAPS (timing / quality / volume / cost).2. Responsible to rigorously apply Navigate principles and process in management of projects3. Accountable and responsible to provide Operations input and commercial grounding during project development phases.4. Responsible to identify and drive resolution process of commercialization hurdles that may arise within projects/timelines.5. Responsible to communicate project status regularly to Key Stakeholders within Supply, National Accounts, Demand, and to the rest of Technical Operations.6. Accountable and responsible to develop and manage project timelines6a) Continuously strive to improve Specialty Pack process, speed/efficiency to Market at the lowest cost possible.7.
