Manager Finance - Supply Chain Snacks

Manages the planning and direction of departmental projects for assigned area. Oversees the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of financial systems and programs. Provides guidance and leadership to staff. Partners with business to provide recommendations and ensure sound financial decisions are made for the organization. Effectively leads small teams and works with or leads small ad-hoc project teams. Areas of responsibility may include: Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, Treasury, M&A, Investor Relations Risk Mgmt, Insurance & Loss, Tax, Credit, Trade, Pricing, Freight or Financial Systems. 7 years related experience.Position Responsibilities. Analyze and improve monthly purchase price variance/mix usage variance (PPV/MUV) forecast reports. . Manage the development of the annual budget pricing . Develop and manage process for reporting input pricing . Assist with development of reporting process. . Develop process to integrate monthly reporting of savings reported. . Assist with critical assessment and monitoring of internal controls. . Participate in and support initiatives and projects as needed.Position Qualifications. Bachelors Degree in Accounting and/or Finance. CPA preferred. . Large organization/corporate ($1+ billion in sales) experience. . Food industry experience preferred. . 5 to 7 years experience. . Two years audit experience a plus. . Strong communications and interpersonal skills. . Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks .
