Manager Trainee

This position offers a promotional opportunity into Store Management. All candidates must have the desire to become a Store Manager and be willing to relocate for advancement opportunities. Manager Trainees spend 3 to 4 days training at a new store location for approximately 3 months or until the store opens.

Position Requirements:

** Must be 21 years of age

** Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role

** Strong leadership skills

** High energy and team player

** Grocery, drug store or shipping/receiving experience is a plus

** Ability to work flexible schedule (nights, weekends, some holidays)

** Excellent customer service skills

** Understands basic money transactions
