Johnny Rockets Restaurants (Atlantic Franchise Group) located in West Palm Beach, Florida are currently looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build a team that works together, an individual that increases profits, and provides superior guest service. As a Manager, you will play an integral role in all areas of operations, from Basic Restaurant Operations, Guest Relations, Training, Employee Relations, and Shift Management to TeamBuilding.

This position directs and supervises associates  while being responsible for the unit level operation performance.

 RESPONSIBILITIES Provide the highest level of customer service quality at all times. Responsible for associate satisfaction, conducting performance reviews, resolving discrepancies. Demonstrate an understanding of current procedures/business practices to ensure continuous improvement in both customer and associate satisfaction at all times. Supervise associates daily activities; assign responsibilities and provide clear/concise instructions while offering suggestions for increased productivity. Assist in hiring, training, promoting, disciplinary actions and establishing deadlines. Also, conducts and coordinates training for hourly associates. Prepare schedules ensuring all shifts are covered.Ensure a safe working environment for all associates while enforcing safety guidelines and building safety awareness. Estimate food/beverage costs and purchases supplies. Investigate and resolve service/food quality complaints. Inspect food and food preparation to maintain the highest quality standards while adhering to sanitation regulations. Comply with franchise standard operative procedures and all applicable regulatory agencies
