Fragrance Marketing Coordinator



 

Summary:  The Fragrance Marketing Coordinator works between Fragrance Sales and Fragrance R&D to coordinate and develop new presentations for our customers.  Travel to customers to give these presentations in conjunction with sales is a key aspect for this position.  The annual tradeshows and workshop development and are major projects this position must be able to complete.  Working with our Fragrance application department for proto-type development is a creative aspect this role must play in this organization.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 Research market trends and summarize for presentations and reportsCreate, print, and bind PowerPoint presentations for Fragrance sales forceCreate and print mini-presentations for Fragrance sales forceAssist Fragrance R&D staff in creating PowerPoint presentations for workshops, ISM, and major customer meetingsInternal materials including developing Quarterly NewsletterAssist at ISM, workshops, and tradeshows as neededPrepare literature and other items for tradeshowsWrite press releases on fragrance side and get to Marketing ManagerAttend regular Marketing and Fragrance R&D meetingsAssist Flavor Department as neededCommunicate and coordinate with other Bell Marketing personnel abroad.

 

Qualifications:  The candidate must have strong organizational and computer skills, including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and desktop publishing. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.

 

Education and/or Experience:  The ideal candidate will have a BA in Marketing/Business/Communication; with a minimum of 1-3 years related experience.
