Create new Customers as required, working with Sales, Credit, Finance, Product Reporting, and Billing to insure accuracy of information. Create new Product/Material codes as required, working with Purchasing, Production, Product Reporting and other Customer Service team members as necessary. Work with Cost Accounting, Replenishment, Production, Customs & Excise, and Billing to assure products are set up correctly and in the 7 day time frame. Administer all necessary changes/updates to Customer, Product, and related master data as required. Be the "Gate Keeper" in maintaining consistency, uniformity, and accuracy of systems data.  Support Data Governance team in aligning the customers and products around the world. Work with Customers and Product Reporting to maintain the CMIR (Customer Material Info Record) tables. Control and assign UPC/SCC codes as needed. Insure adherence to all Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Respond to, and provide appropriate information for all master data related questions and inquiries via the Master Data Email box. Investigate and research all issues related to systems master data. Participate in formal project teams and activities. Assist with all other Master Data administrative tasks as needed.                         • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Very organized with high attention to detail. • Minimum 1 year experience working with systems master data. • Proficient in Microsoft word-processing and spreadsheet programs (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • AS/400 and/or SAP experience preferred.
