McDonald's Multi-Unit Supervisor

McDonald's of Hobbs and Lovington, New Mexico constitutes an environment dedicated to providing excellent Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value to our outstanding customers and dedicated staff.

 

The Supervisor's primary purpose is to provide the guidence and leadership within our 3 restaurants to provide that excellent QSC &V.

 

The applicant must be a Hamburger University graduate with extensive supervision experience and proven ROIP and Mystery Shop scores.

 

We offer excellent health benefits, cell phone and vehicle allowance, two weeks paid vacation during the first year and a relocation allowance (depending on distance).

 

Hobbs and the surrounding area is experiencing a tremedous and sustained economy with oil and gas being our main industry.  The schools are among the very best in the state and the cost of living is reletively low.

 

We are also interested in grooming a future owner of these restaurants and will discuss a deferred compensation package in order to assist with the costs associated with entering the McDonald's Owner Operator system.
