Consider Careers at Miller -the choice is yours!The National Account Manger is a highly proficient account manager with responsibility for selling into one of Miller's most critical chain customers. This role is essential to optimizing the sales velocity and profitability, through executing business results across Wal-Mart's Stores. Key responsibilities include:1.Assisting in the development of Miller Brewing's annual business plan towards Wal-Mart Stores and executing the plan in a collaborative and focused manner.2.Delivery of sales, share and profit targets 3.Effectively communicate the high leverage retail executional activities that are required of our field system to achieve the Miller Brewing business and marketing objectives for Wal-Mart Stores.4.Collaboration and Coordination with MBCo senior executives and the extensive MBCo distributor network 5.Establishing a 'best in class' partnership with Wal-Mart Stores Knowledge and Experience Required: Miller requires an experienced sales professional [+5 years] and driver to accomplish the Wal-Mart objectives. An undergraduate degree is required, as is experience within the Beer industry's DSD and 3rd party distributor network model. However, knowledge of the Wal-Mart/WM sales processes and 'how to win with Wal*Mart' is valued as the key competence to achieving success in this role.Proven experience in executing an annual customer business plan is required, and a deep commercial aptitude is essential.The successful incumbent must have demonstrated success in the following:'Effective management of cross-functional contributors'Advanced understanding of the strategic sales process'Problem solving key business issues that satisfy customer requirements and fall in line with organizational objectives'Ability to manage multiple buying locations and settingsMiller Careers - Good Call!
