Nutritional Services Supervisor- Full Time Days and Weekends. University Retirement Community (CCRC) in Davis is looking for a dynamic team player and working nutritional services supervisor to supervise 10 staff. Must have working knowledge of therapeutic diets, Title 22 and sanitation reqs and oversee trayline procedures. Must display effective communication with residents and staff. Prefer a B.S. in Clinical Nutrition or 5 years exp in long term care setting. Paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Ins., 403(b), paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.
