Operations Management Trainee-Indy

This rigorous program includes a 12-month training process that involves the candidate to all functions of the PepsiAmericas, Inc., provides challenging and cross-functional projects, exposes the candidate to all levels of management and provides a "deep-dive" preparation for placement in one of PepsiAmericas, Inc. state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities.  Program includes rigorous training in the following areas: Quality Control Manufacturing Operations Safety Human Resources Maintenance and Engineering Warehouse Logistics and Distribution Fleet Finance and Accounting Manufacturing SupervisionThe successful candidate will have the following:Basic Qualifications:·Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Management, Transportation and Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, Business or  related field.·Must be willing to relocate. ·Must be able to work variable shifts.  Preferred Qualifications:·1-3+ years of manufacturing experience. ·The proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. ·Excellent communication skills with diverse groups of people. ·Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. ·A desire to grow, develop and contribute in an international organization.  Pepsi Americas is an equal opportunity employer.
