Client management skills. 195 beds, 300,000 sq. ft. Position Summary: Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Basic Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 1 year of lead/supervisory/management experience Basic Functional Experience Required: 1 year work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
