Job Description: Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbent provides leadership and overall direction to an Operations team (packaging, line maintenance, material handling and processing), to insure manufacturing objectives and results are accomplished in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.  Responsibilities include performance coaching, development and appraisal, training, position-specific administration and reporting, budget management, maintenance support, process control coordination, quality assurance, reliability, sanitation, etc. Requirements:The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate discipline and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a food/beverage or other manufacturing environment.  Solid written/verbal communication skills and computer skills are required, as well as a general business and financial knowledge base and technical aptitude.  Experience with Six Sigma tools and methodologies is highly desirable.  Candidates must be willing to work the night shift. Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand a full 12 hour shift.  Click Here to Apply!
