And, simply, by being more than your typical human resources consulting practice.   Organization and Change Our Human Capital professionals address the critical elements of organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and analytics, talent management, workforce strategies, the people dimension of transformation, and virtual workplace management. We also help improve key components of change leadership, including leadership development, technology and process adoption, learning and development, culture, knowledge management and capability transfer, and communications.The Organization & Change practice is looking for qualified Managers with experience in the area of Organization Strategies, assisting C-suite senior executives in many of the world's largest companies use organization perspectives and methods to execute business strategies, improve operations and performance, and optimize roles and responsibilities.   Managers must have a minimum five years of relevant experience in an industry or consulting team-oriented environment in corporate operations, management and/or human resources-related fields, with a strong knowledge base in organization assessment and alignment, decision responsibilities, organizational design, job design and transition management.   In addition, Managers must have at least five years of experience leading organization strategy projects (teams of 10-15 people ideally), growing client relationships and making significant contributions to business development initiatives.   - Master's Degree/MBA highly preferred - Extensive travel to client locationsis required - minimum of 75% travel on a weekly basis About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
