We also help improve key components of change leadership, including leadership development, technology and process adoption, learning and development, culture, knowledge management and capability transfer, and communications. The Organization & Change practice is looking for qualified Senior Consultants with experience in the area of Organization Strategies, assisting C-suite senior executives in many of the world's largest companies use organization perspectives and methods to execute business strategies, improve operations and performance, and optimize roles and responsibilities.  Senior Consultants must have a minimum of three years experience in an industry or consulting team-oriented environment in corporate operations, management and/or human resources-related fields, with a strong knowledge base in organization assessment and alignment, decision responsibilities, organizational design, job design and transition management.  In addition, Senior Consultants must have at least two years of experience leading project teams on relevant organization strategy engagements.  - Master's Degree/MBA highly preferred - Extensive travel to client locations is required - minimum of 75% travel on a weekly basis About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
