Pastry Cook

The Detroit Athletic Club, one of the country's premier private clubs, is seeking an aspiring pastry cook with advanced pastry skills and experience.  The ideal candidate has 4-5 years work experience and is a culinary school graduate.  Must have strong cake decorating skills as well as set up and finishing wedding cake skills.  Experience preferred in plated restaurant desserts and knowledge of techniques involved to create current competitive plates.
