Payroll Coordinator -- ADP -- Direct Hire

Retail and hospitality leader in Orange County is adding a Payroll Coordinator to their team due to growth.

Responsibilities will include:

-Payroll processing through ADP Pay force for 2,000+ multi-state employee

-Calculation of garnishes, terminations, and manual checks if necessary

-Act as a point person for internal and field employees to answer any questions

-Calculation of payroll deductions, taxes, etc.

-Employee verifications

-Assist with benefits administration and set up as necessary

The ideal person will have at least 3-5 years of solid ADP experience, with ADP Pay Force strongly preferred.  Analytical skills are a plus and stability is a must!
