Human Resources Transformation Our Human Capital professionals advise clients on how to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR service delivery model and operation of the HR function, ranging from process design to self-service applications and enabling technologies, and considering insourcing, outsourcing, and offshore solutions. Human Capital Consultants are involved in the design and implementation of custom, technology enabled business solutions. Our Consultants function as integrators, bringing together process and technology solutions to solve business issues. Responsibilities include, among others, defining business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementation. Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues. They gain exposure to multiple industries and service lines within the practice while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by engagement follow-on opportunities. Qualifications: · Proven consulting/functional professional, with at least two full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations AND three+ years of large-scale consulting experience. · Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team. · Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. · Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career. · Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel. · At least two years of external consulting experience in the PeopleSoft space with depth in implementing and configuring PeopleSoft HR · Proven skills as an integral team member on at least two full cycle implementations · Strong configuration and design skills · Bachelors Degree · The ability to travel a minimum of 80% on a weekly basis About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
