PLANT MANAGER FOOD PRODUCTIONOur plant is located in Grand Rapids,Michigan and we need to add a Plant Manager who has worked in a production operation and a person who ideally would have bakery related experience.This free standing plant requires a person who has food manufacturing experience, understands HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, food quality standards, route sales and delivery and is a hands on person who understands the importance of being on the floor to guide and direct operations.This is a total responsibility for results opportunity, and will require a person who can effectively plan and organize the facility, can effectively educate employees and know how to follow through insuring on time performance as well as maintain top quality standards In addition the ideal candidate must be committed to results and a person who has strong employees relations skills.As many of our employees are Hispanic your ability to speak Spanish is a strong plus.We invite your responding to this listing and assure you of total confidence.
