Charged with Leadership of plant associates and accountability for all activities necessary to cost effectively and safely manufacture this food product. lead and direct business lead team to deliver plant annual operating plan and support of plant long range plan. Bachelor's degree in Operations,Food technology,Engineering, or related field required. Previous plant manager experience required,prefer 3+ years functional experience supervising exempt level reports,10 to 15 years of overall experience. Progressive manufacturing experience,preferably in Bakery or Food operations. Bl-lingual-Spanish a Plus.
