Each and every day, Sara Lee (NYSE: SLE) delights millions of consumers and customers around the world.  The company has one of the world's best-loved and leading portfolios with its innovative and trusted food, beverage, household and body care brands, including Ambi Pur, Ball Park, Douwe Egberts, Hillshire Farm, Jimmy Dean, Kiwi, Sanex, Sara Lee, and Senseo.  Collectively, these brands generate more than $12 billion in annual net sales covering approximately 200 countries.  The Sara Lee community consists of 52,000 employees worldwide.  Position Summary:  Schedules production of coffee products for roasting, packaging and shipment of orders; monitors stock levels of stocked coffee products. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Develop daily production schedule to insure timely shipment of orders Conduct daily meetings with Production Staff, communicating production results and daily schedules Review stock product levels and replenish when necessary Audit B.O.M. for production and update with accounting Inform Sales and Marketing of low volume and slow moving products and facilitate re-warehousing of items when necessary to avoid out of date stock Develop weekly production plan Update and maintain an organized file on schedules and replenishment sheets Support sales, marketing, customer service, packaging, roasting and shipping in timely shipment of orders Provide Shipping Hot sheet for plant and facilitate completion of items at risk of shorting, as well as, providing production information to customer service for products on the hot sheetHigh School Diploma; B.S in Business preferred3 - 5 yrs. Scheduling/Planning experienceStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamIntermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Access skills preferred
