The Project Engineer is responsible for all aspects of capital project activity at the Factory, including project justification and budget development, design and specification of equipment, development of machine, material, and manpower layouts, creating construction and fabrication contracts, scheduling and coordination of all resources, control and accounting of capital and expense spending, and management of performance in all areas of each project. Additionally, the Project Engineer will provide direct support to factory operations through the development, integration, training, and implementation of critical processes and procedures. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of and understand the following:' Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field ' Minimum of 4 years of project engineering or manufacturing experience. Preferably in the food processing industry and a minimum of 2 years project management experience ' Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and thermodynamic systems and a basic knowledge of electrical systems' Proven and demonstrated experience with the design, installation, and operation of food manufacturing processing and packaging systems' Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project' Skills: organizational, planning, trouble shooting, analytical, motivational, communication RESPOND HERE!
