QA/QC Food & Beverage

Fast growing beverage company is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Manager to implement and maintain its QC department.  Primary responsibility includes: 

*Develop and implement total quality control that allows the company to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards comparable to or exceeding the leading manufacturers’ standards in the market;

*Meet all regulatory compliances and develop standards to meet and/or exceed compliance internally and by 3rd party auditors;

*Train and manage standards in the production department, including plant/equipment sanitation;

*Prepare formulas for batch preparation and manufacturing;

*Verify/check and record data for all incoming raw materials and finished products. 

*Food Science background extremely useful.
