Title: Quality Analyst Capacity
Responsible for organizing, collecting and ensuring the quality of end to end Services’ capacity analysis both related to programs/projects as well as periodic proactive environment checks. The expression “end to end Services’ capacity analysis” indicates that the scope of these responsibility encompass not just infrastructure capacity, but also Services Towers and contracted third parties’ resources capacity to effectively deliver the requested services according to existing SLA’s. The capacity analysis must cover the feasibility to provide continuous services within the agreed SLA’s as well as the financial impact that providing the new/modified or vegetative growth impacted services may cause.
As part of his/her responsibility, the Capacity/Performance Quality Analyst (C/PQA) coordinates environment performance analysis involving more than one Service Tower. These analyses may be triggered by critical performance incidents/problems but must be also conducted on a periodic basis as part of proactive capacity analysis.
Each Service Tower must have its own internal capacity/performance analysis process and resources (internal or external) to execute it. The C/PQA checks and challenges each tower’s capacity/performance analysis procuring for a realistic jet imaginative way of addressing capacity/performance issues, but he/she does not perform any capacity/performance analysis by him/herself.
Ensures that all involved with C/P Management processes are familiar with and use the corresponding procedures, including third party suppliers.
Ensures that expectations regarding his/her area of responsibility are being appropriately managed and identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
Is the focal point of contact for C/P demand and consumption issues and provides input on changing consumption and demand trends.
Works with the Projects’ and Service Towers’ teams to ensure that C/P services demand issues are resolved.
Responsible for checking C/P services’ quality, consistency and completeness.
Works to implement agreed new or improved C/P processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Serves as direct liaison for all matters related to C/P between programs/projects and Service Towers Quality groups
•Works with the Program/Project teams and Service Tower’s Quality groups on C/P issues.
•Assists in the proper escalation and framing of C/P issues for constructive dialog and resolution in the regional Service Delivery Committee.
•Works with Program/Project teams and Business Partners to identify C/P issues that require escalation. These issues could represent malfunction of environment components, miss-assessments of programs/projects’ impacts on services, changes in projects requirements, under assessed vegetative growth, expectation/satisfaction issues, etc.
•Collects and reports variable demand forecasts from the programs/projects for C/P services; assists ensuring project’s acceptance of the financial implications of their demand change; monitors and understands changes in demand trends from the programs/projects.
•Works with the Program/Project teams and Business Partners in addressing demand and consumption management issues through root cause analysis or issue management.
•Assists providing input into programs/projects’ budget planning process and periodic financial forecasting process from a consumption standpoint based on changes in programs/projects modifying C/P requirements.
•Assists providing input into clusters/operating units budget planning process from a consumption standpoint based on rate of vegetative growth modifying C/P requirements.
•Validates consumption volumes against invoice billed amounts. Resolves or escalate issues as appropriate.
•Assists with the consolidation of demand forecasts from the programs/projects, and preliminary C/P planning.
•Assists monitoring customer relationships and expectations (customers meaning internal C/P services customers).
•Provides input of the effectiveness of the working relationship between Unilever and C/P service providers including problem solving, innovation, frictional cost avoidance, and trust.
