Quality Control Manager (Food Manufacturing Required)

Review and recommend revisions and implement policies, procedures, and programs to assure safety and quality of products manufactured. Assure the products meets/exceeds requirements specified by our internal/external customers including government regulations. Make the customer top focus (zero defects objective)development of fully qualified staff involved in responding/planning/implementation of new products and improve existing products to meet current and future needs at the plant. Position will have 7-11 direct reports.
Duties and Qualifications: BS Degree is a must Sanitation experience is a plus5 plus Quality Assurance management Excellent skills in computer literacy and project management Developed interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills Spanish is a plus AIB a plus Strong understanding of SSOP and HACCP plans/execution
This position is responsible for the safety and quality of the product manufactured. Position will provide technical support for internal/external customers.
