Job Description: The Quality Supervisor is responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising assigned personnel to ensure adherence with all aspects of a quality system that supports the production of a safe, quality product in compliance with design limits. Responsible for performance coaching, development, and training of employees in quality standards. A four year degree in Food Science or related field with two to four years food/beverage quality systems experience, including direct supervision of others, statistical process control (SPC) experience and the ability to support a 7/24 operation. Appropriate business management skills, effective problem solving skills, and good communication skills are required.
