Receptionist - Band A  This person contributes to The Pepsi Bottling Group’s success by providing reception duties at PBG in West Chester, PA. Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities  Answer incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner Meet and direct visitors in the location Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing faxing etc. Maintain and order office supplies Distribute mail and overnight packages.  Ensure mail is properly stamped and mailed on a daily basis.  Multi-task in a fast-paced environmentBasic Job Qualifications High school or GED Previous experience with Microsoft Office Preferred Job Qualifications Previous administrative experience-No Calls please.
