Regional Director of Operations in Dallas, Texas

One of the leading franchisees in Food and Beverage industry is looking for an experienced, energetic professional to join our team as Regional director of operations. The right candidate must be capable of working independently on a daily while contributing to overall team goals.

Requirements of this position include:
Minimum 4 years of district manager of 20 plus stores or multiple restaurantsSolid analytical and communication skillsProficiency in all Microsoft Office applicationsLead store management teams to analyze local market conditions, identify and evaluate opportunities and implement sales building programsLead teams to effectively deliver and enhance the customer experience with every contactDevelop strong partnerships with other functional leaders throughout the company Sense of urgency, pace and actionDemonstrate history of coaching and developing individuals and teamsExcellent project management and organization skillsAbility to travel
