The sooner you start your ARAMARK leadership career, the sooner you can advance!  As a Regional General Manager (RGM) for Correctional Services, you will provide overall planning, direction and control to assigned municipal units within a defined district, in order to achieve various operating and financial goals.  You will provide guidance and motivation to Front Line Managers and other area staff.  The RGM establishes and maintains effective customer rapport and mutually beneficial business relationships with clients.  The RGM is responsible for making strategic decisions, and for executing, and delivering on, those decisions.  The ability to identify top talent, communicate your vision and develop team members to their full potential will be critical to success in this role, and to the success of your assigned area. This role requires daily interaction with the client and client's customers and/or employees.  Aggressive leadership in developing overall financial and business planning as well selling new business and growing existing business are fundamental components of the RGM role.  The RGM  reports directly to the District Manager. This is a Multi-Site, Multi-Unit role with interaction with multiple clients. Apply now if you have a passion to MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in Institutions' Management, Foods and Nutrition, Business Administration or other related field, plus a minimum of 4 year's relevant experience. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management and ARAMARK support staff is essential to success in this role. Must be able to respond effectively to changing demands and have previous P&L accountability. Previous contract-managed service experience is desirable.
