Description:

Established Call Center for food chain with continuous annual sales growth is seeking an experienced Call Center Office Manager to oversee the daily operation of phone staff . Ideal candidate must be able to work 45 hour work week on 1st and 2nd shift Monday through Saturday. During the busy season of June and December, some Sundays will be required. This position hires and trains sales staff, works to increase sales, coordinate information to local stores, oversee order accuracy and resolves guest complaints.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred along with 2+ years of related experience or 5+ years of related experience as a Call Center Manager

Able to work in Microsoft Office and call center related technology, using EP3 phone system or similar call center phone system.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Demonstrated ability to set team goals, evaluate sales performance and react to business needs.

Strong analytical and time management skills.

Enjoys working in a fast paced professional environment

Demonstrates ability to staff call center and train effectively.

Prior work history of conducting performance evaluation to improve work skills and assess eligibility for merit reviews.
