You will have responsibility for inventory, customer service, cash handling and merchandising. The Retail Manager directly supervises two or more employees with responsibility of hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increase. Performs manual labor no more than 20% of the time. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree (and/or requisite industry & management experience) and 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
