Seeking Route Sales / Route Delivery

 

COMPANY BACKGROUND:

 

Royal Cup Coffee, a 112 year old company, is a leading coffee roaster and nationwide provider of gourmet coffees, teas and break room related products.  We have an immediate opening for a Route Sales / Delivery Driver.  This is an entry level position in the Office Coffee Division.

 

POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The Route Sales position, known as the Territory Manager, is a field sales position.  This position is responsible for delivering our products in a defined geographical area, managing a warehouse and inventory, and calling on new business to increase market share.  Heavy lifting and early hours should be expected.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

 

Previous experience preferred, but not required.  High School education, clean driving record, pre-employment physical and drug screening, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, professional appearance required.  Strong work ethic, communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential for success and advancement.
