And, simply, by being more than your typical human resources consulting practice.   Human Resources Transformation Our Human Capital professionals advise clients on how to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR service delivery model and operation of the HR function, ranging from process design to self-service applications and enabling technologies, and considering insourcing, outsourcing, and offshore solutions.   A Human Capital Manager will manage and deliver SAP HR engagements that design and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.  You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.  A qualified candidate has 6+ years of industry and or consulting experience.    Qualifications: ·Proven consulting/functional professional, with at least three full lifecycle SAP HR implementations AND 6+ years of large-scale consulting experience. ·Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team. ·Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. ·Project management experience ·Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career. ·Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel. ·At least six years of external consulting experience in the SAP space, with depth in implementing and configuring of SAP HR ·Proven skills as an integral team lead on at least two full cycle implementations ·Strong configuration and design skills          ·Excellent Research and Writing skills ·Bachelors Degree ·The ability to travel 80% (Monday through Thursday, weekly).     Keywords:  SAP HR, HRMS, R/3, payroll, time, benefits, organization management, personnel administration, training, events, recruiting, ess, mss, compensationAbout DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
