SENIOR FOOD SERVICE BUYER - MEAT

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Make purchase decisions and manage process for order fulfillment of meat and related products. Develop relationships with meat purveyors and negotiate to obtain highest quality at the lowest cost. Keep abreast of new items and suppliers to add to Company product line to increase customer satisfaction, sales and profit. Price product to maximize both quantity being sold and profit dollars. Understand the importance of in bound logistics.
