SERVICE CAPTAIN - NEW RESTAURANT CONCEPT COMING SOON

RestaurantOpening in June, this exciting new upscale full-service concept will serve Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian, Singaporean, Indonesian and East Indian cuisines.  The food is served Asian family-style to create an environment that brings people together.  RockSugar also features a full-service bar with exotic cocktails, extensive wine list and private dining space. The Lead Server is a staff member who exemplifies the skills and standards of the company, demonstrates superior organizational skills and strictly adheres to all operational systems.  The lead staff member must also demonstrate exceptional communication skills that include the ability to train and develop new and existing staff members in both the New Restaurant Opening environment and ongoing operations.  Lead Servers partner with the management team to ensure 100% compliance to service, quality and operational standards and act as a liaison between the staff and management team.
